Champagne Mandois is a family-owned estate in Pierry, near Épernay, with roots dating back to 1735. Now in the hands of ninth-generation Claude Mandois, the house is known for its authenticity and terroir-driven style. Though less famous than the grandes marques, it has built a strong reputation among insiders, supported by head winemaker Maximilien de Billy, heir to Pol Roger.

The estate farms 35 hectares, mostly Premier Cru in the Côte des Blancs, where Chardonnay is the cornerstone. Partial oak vinification and long ageing create Champagnes of texture, finesse and precision. The Blanc de Blancs is the purest expression, crafted only in top vintages, it is mineral and elegant, with notes of citrus blossom, white peach and almond. Refined and quietly exceptional, it exemplifies Côte des Blancs elegance and Mandois’ philosophy of understated excellence.
