The Chardonnay 2025 offers a bright, refreshing expression, with aromas of acacia blossom, lemon, grapefruit, white peach and ripe mandarin. Vibrant fruit and balanced acidity lead to a clean, lingering finish, revealing both richness and precision. The Meritage 2022 provides a contrasting red expression, combining red plum, cherry and raspberry with subtle notes of mint and sweet spice. Smooth and harmonious, it brings juicy fruit together with silky tannins and a long, polished finish. Together, these wines demonstrate Copower Jade’s versatility, from the brightness of Chardonnay to the supple structure of Meritage, while highlighting Ningxia’s ability to produce distinctive wines.
