C&C Wines is proud to announce the launch of “Idelma” Rosato IGT from Tenuta Sant'Antonio - a stunning new premium Italian rosé that combines heritage, emotion and modern drinkability in equal measure.
Produced in the hills of eastern Verona, Idelma is named in tribute to Idelma Castagnedi, the mother of the Castagnedi brothers behind Tenuta Sant’Antonio, who sadly passed away last year. Deeply connected to the vineyards and countryside that shaped the family’s story, the wine stands as a quiet homage to her life, memory and enduring influence. Even the floral elements featured on the label reflect the wildflowers that grew naturally among the vineyards surrounding her home, reinforcing the wine’s connection to place and family heritage.
Made from Rondinella - a grape traditionally associated with Valpolicella - Idelma offers a distinctive alternative within the premium rosé category. While inspired by the pale, elegant and gastronomic styles that have made Provençal rosé internationally successful, the wine introduces a uniquely Italian identity rooted in the freshness and refinement of eastern Valpolicella. Delicate red berry fruit, floral aromatics and crisp acidity combine to create a rosé designed for both versatility and modern on-trade appeal.
